Fountain City residents and visitors are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day outdoors at the Fountain City Lake “Duck Pond” on Bobby Wilson Fishing Day, Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 8 am to 1 pm during a special community fishing event hosted in partnership with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) and HawgMolly Fishing.
This free event is designed for all ages and skill levels, offering families, children, and first-time anglers an opportunity to learn about fishing, conservation, and outdoor recreation in a welcoming community atmosphere. June 6th marks the single day of the year all ages can fish without a fishing license!
